Victoria knows that a successful marketing campaign is only created through a seamless media buying process, and as a Media Coordinator, she makes sure every piece of that process operates smoothly.
“The media coordinator serves as the bridge to help successfully execute the media plan crafted by our internal team,” Victoria says of her role. “Creating and maintaining productive and mutually beneficial vendor relationships for traditional and hybrid media channels allows for better collaboration amongst all parties and a higher degree of investment into our clients’ campaigns.”
She is responsible for the day-to-day management of media budgets, invoices, and marketing campaign data collection, working closely with all of our integrated marketing team members to make sure that not a single detail of our media plans are missed. Victoria taps into her attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience working in data management in a school system to ensure that all media purchasing information is accounted for and every makegood has been reconciled. She collaborates with our Media Planner and our vendors to ensure that we secure the best possible value adds to our clients’ media budgets.
A Mexico native, Victoria served formerly as a data manager and Latinx Liason in the North Carolina school system, working as a translator and coordinator to foster collaboration between faculty, staff, and Spanish-speaking students. She is still heavily involved in using her keen organizational and collaboration skills to promote a new generation of Latinx leaders in her state through the community effort, LatinxEd. When she isn’t securing stellar media buys or promoting community efforts, you can Victoria training for a marathon or spending time with her beloved daughter.
