Lindsay Weininger
Associate Director of Business Development

Bio
Bringing a deep understanding of new business growth, Lindsay sits behind the wheel of driving new business opportunities and partnerships for VisionPoint Marketing. Acting as both an advocate for VisionPoint and a connector, she keeps the internal engine of our new client partner relationships churning.
“I partner with multiple team leads to position VisionPoint in the marketplace as the most sought after higher ed marketing agency,” Lindsay says. Her motivation is rooted in people – both the client partners we serve and the team members who deliver our winning strategies. “I want to do everything in my power to ensure the people around me can continue to show up for a job they love (and rock at) every day.”
In her role in Business Development, Lindsay uses her business acumen and creativity to identify opportunities for expanded growth in VisionPoint’s business partners. She also oversees the execution of VisionPoint’s marketing plan to raise agency visibility in the marketplace, as well as owns and manages our CRM to ensure we are staying on top of our client partner communications and forming strong relationships with our current and prospective client partners.
Lindsay’s background is stacked with a wide array of experience in branding and marketing that she now leverages on behalf of VisionPoint. Prior to joining VisionPoint, Lindsay led new business development for Clean, a Raleigh-based advertising and design agency, where she landed multiple new business accounts year over year, including the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services in the wake of COVID–19. She also captained the agency’s rebrand, acting as a catalyst for raising the agency’s identity in the community and marketplace.
Outside of ushering in new partnerships between VisionPoint and our growing client partner roster, Lindsay can be found discovering new craft breweries, listening to live music, doing yoga, or mentoring local HBCU students on finding confidence in entering the workforce through free resume and career consultation.
