When it comes to marketing experience, Lily Flum has done a little bit of everything. Working in all aspects of marketing from account services to creative production, Lily is the perfect account manager to serve as a translator between VisionPoint’s clients and our team of internal experts.
“As an account manager, making sure client deliverables are done on time and beyond expectations are par for the course,” Lily says. “But the heart of my role is being an advocate and ally for my clients and my internal teams.”
As our client’s first point of contact and biggest champion, Lily brings personal and first-hand experience in executing on the creative and strategic deliverables that VisionPoint delivers to our clients. Her attention to detail and deftness in building out project plans ensures that every one of Lily’s clients can have full faith that their project will be executed according to schedule and on budget. She collaborates with our integrated marketing, creative and web teams to ensure that not a single deliverable or need falls by the wayside. Asking the right questions of our client partners, Lily knows how to discover new insights into their needs and take the results of their project beyond their expectations.
Her well-rounded experience mirrors VisionPoint’s own dedication as a full-service marketing agency and gives her the confidence to captain client projects from start to finish. She earned her marketing savvy through her account manager and account executive roles at a variety of agencies. Peppering Lily’s marketing know-how is her experience across diverse industries including educational publishing, health insurance, financial services, non-profit organizations, tourism and more, giving her endless experiences to pull from when serving our clients.
Lily’s creativity extends beyond her role as an account manager finding creative solutions to scheduling and administrative challenges. She rotates between various creative hobbies, including sewing, singing and playing the guitar. When she’s not creating a new project, you may find her staying active with yoga or even rollerblading with her dog by her side.
