With all the stellar work our team produces on a consistent basis at VisionPoint, it’s crucial to keep financial accounts organized and up-to-date. Our Accounting Specialist, Kaitlyn, makes this happen. 

As our internal master of the details, Kaitlyn collaborates with the Vice President of Finance to perform monthly financial reconciliations and analyses, maintain accounts, generate monthly reports, and expense management. In addition to all of this, she also juggles accounts payables and receivables, receiving payments, invoicing clients, paying vendors, and assisting with administrative tasks. Kaitlyn holds a certification in public notary and gives the official send off on all important documents.

Before assuming her role as Accounting Specialist, Kaitlyn was our rockstar office manager. And prior to VisionPoint, Kaitlyn honed her attention to detail and process management abilities as an Amazon associate. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Asheville where she received her bachelor’s degree in Literature and Language.

Kaitlyn’s detailed nature means she’s not only a world-class Accounting Specialist but also a talented knowledge bank of song lyrics. When Kaitlyn isn’t in the office, you might find her seeing a concert for one of her favorite bands.
