To Eric, a well implemented and managed enrollment CRM provides the data which is the foundation of predictive and prescriptive analytics that can take a client’s overall enrollment management strategy to the next level. As CRM Strategist for VisionPoint, Eric does just that by assisting our clients in maximizing the value of their CRM and enhancing the student experience from initial contact through enrollment and beyond.
Before joining VisionPoint, Eric worked for two edtech startups focused on higher education CRM and conversational technologies. He partnered with various institutions across the world to leverage technology as part of their overall enrollment management strategies. Eric began his higher ed career in student affairs at Fairleigh Dickinson University before serving in various enrollment management roles at Drew University, including Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management where he managed the enrollment management marketing, operations, and information services groups. Eric also oversaw the deployment of various technologies, including Drew University’s first enrollment CRM, which served undergraduate, graduate, and technological school admissions.

With most of his time spent online, Eric finds nothing better than disconnecting every now and then to go hiking, kayaking, or just travel around the world with hopes of completing his tour of all 50 states or taking a trip to Europe. Heavily involved in his local community, Eric has spent 16 years on the local economic development commission and has served six year as the president of Madison’s Board of Health.
