Arthur Antonio is a copywriter at VisionPoint. As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team, he studies marketing and web challenges from the client perspective and shares a comprehensive view of how VisionPoint can partner with them on a variety of solutions.
A seasoned communicator, Arthur creates proposals and presentations that clearly lay out to prospective clients VisionPoint’s offerings and partnership process – from discovery and research through execution and launch. As our principal proposal and pitch creator, Arthur works in conjunction with subject matter experts to write thoughtful, well-crafted proposals and presentations that exhibit a strong understanding of, and empathy for, prospective clients’ marketing needs and goals. He applies his analytical and problem-solving skills to always ensure that proposed project scopes and procedures closely align to match a client’s specific objectives and demonstrate how VisionPoint’s strengths, portfolio, and positioning can translate into project success for that client.
Arthur is a firm believer in the power of education. “If there’s one thing that can positively change the world, it’s an education,” says Arthur. “I’m excited that VisionPoint helps our higher ed clients showcase the life-changing tools these institutions offer to students: knowledge, understanding, creativity, and discovery.”
Before joining VisionPoint, Arthur honed his marketing craft on the front lines of the entertainment industry. He was a leader on the Walt Disney Pictures account at Sly Fox Brand Solutions, where he launched experiential marketing campaigns for blockbuster films and wrote content for radio, print, TV, web, social media, and grassroots promotional initiatives. He is also a published poet and performance artist who combines visual magic with spoken word poetry at events all over the world.
Arthur graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration. When he’s not studying stacks of client research or writing custom proposals, he enjoys long, contemplative walks through the downtown Raleigh cityscape under the influence of Final Fantasy music and excessive amounts of free coffee from his apartment leasing office. He is secretly a Samurai in mind and spirit; he is raising his young daughter, Nali Katana, to, in the words of the 16th-century Samurai, Miyamoto Musashi, “think lightly of the self and deeply of the world.”
“Think lightly of yourself and deeply of the world.”
