Anne Arundel Community College recently accepted a seemingly impossible mission – to build a new website amid multiple challenges, including outdated technology; an abundance of irrelevant content; conflicting ideas about how to position the institution; a college community resistant to change; and the need to rethink how the college viewed its website audience, content and accountability.
