It’s finally fall! That means three things here at VisionPoint: pumpkin lattes, pumpkin carving contests, and most importantly, a new team of interns!

Here at VisionPoint, we consider our interns part of the team. We count on them to contribute to every project they are involved in and to help us produce great work for our clients. This fall, we are lucky to have three outstanding interns who have already been doing a bang up job for us so far. Read on to learn a little more about them and what they hope to accomplish this fall.

Christin Nein came to us from Miami University in Ohio with a major in Psychology, focusing on social and consumer behavior, and a minor in marketing. She is interested in pursuing a career in brand development. She chose VisionPoint because in order to gain more experience in branding as well as web marketing.

When she’s not hard at work at the office, Christin enjoys movies, especially the Disney classics. She also loves to bake cookies and will sometimes experiment with a cake here and there. We can wait to see what she’ll bring in for our next staff meeting.

Tyler Bonin is a graduate student at Duke University in an interdisciplinary studies program, with a concentration in International Development Policy. Prior to going attending graduate school, Tyler was an enlisted Marine and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He felt that VisionPoint would be a good fit because of our emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

Between grad school and interning at VisionPoint, Tyler isn’t let with much free time. He still finds time for swimming, reading and exploring North Carolina with his wife.

Sarah Shouse is originally from Raleigh, NC and attended East Carolina University. She received her degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. She is very interested in social media marketing as well as branding. She came to VisionPoint hoping to explore the creative aspects of what we do, as well as build her teamwork and leadership skills.

Outside of work, Sarah is a youth camp counselor at the YMCA. She also enjoys just hanging out with friends and family, watching movies and visiting new places.

We’ve already seen some great work from each of them so far. Stay tuned to find out more about what they’ve been up to and what they will learn this fall. If you think an internship at VisionPoint Marketing would be a good fit for you, leave a comment below or contact us for more information.
