As an Account Manager for VisionPoint, Jennifer manages the day-to-day execution of projects that span the full spectrum of customer needs, from website redesigns to integrated marketing projects. With an eye for detail and prodigious organizational skills, she sees to it that all of her client’s projects run on schedule and on budget.
Here at VisionPoint, every Account Manager is a dedicated resource, providing indispensable value to each client they serve. Jennifer is no exception. She works closely with marketing and web strategists to establish the vision for every project and leverages the expertise and skills of the entire VisionPoint team to ensure that deliverables are on strategy and achieving client goals. As the primary point of contact and advocate for her assigned clients, Jennifer’s always focused on delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships. In fact, she has a special knack for making her clients truly feel that she’s a remote member of their team and a champion for their success.
"What I enjoy most about my job is working on a wide range of projects for a diverse set of very unique clients; no project is ever the same. I work hard to develop a close relationship with all my clients and I very much view them as my extended colleagues. Even though we don't work together everyday and are located in different places, we are still on the same team working together to achieve their goals."
Before joining VisionPoint, Jennifer honed her skills working in a variety of marketing, communications, and special initiatives within the Duke University Health System. She worked closely with physicians, staff, and key leaders developing website projects, initiating analytics reporting and creating marketing campaigns that drove winning results.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and minors in Marketing and Professional Writing & Presentation Media from Meredith College. Outside the office, this North Carolina native takes over her kitchen, baking with a singular commitment to excellence. Come the holidays, we all want a taste of her killer coconut cake. Jennifer also enjoys reading fiction, traveling and (don’t tell Duke fans) cheering on Carolina basketball!
