In this position, you’ll work primarily with the Creative Director and User Experience Designer. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Account Services team to learn specific information about each client project. This is a full-time position.

What You Will Do

  • Designing primarily interactive media (such as websites, email campaigns, mobile sites), branding and print collateral. Other possible design opportunities include environmental design and signage

  • Effectively balancing multiple diverse projects

  • Working independently on design projects as well as collaborating with art directors and the creative director

  • Collaborating with the account and development teams to ensure a harmonious relationship between content, design and development

  • Actively contributes to VisionPoint’s culture

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills, interest and experience:       

  • An outstanding body of work demonstrated in an online portfolio

  • Experience designing websites, interactive content, traditional media, collateral pieces and branding

  • Astute sense of typography, layout and brand

  • Ability to design with the end user or target audience in mind

  • An understanding of how websites are built – not necessarily how to code

  • Ability to design with a focus on serving the goals of the client

  • Degree in graphic design, other applicable course of study or equivalent work experience

  • Superb organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Effective at multi-tasking

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn

  • Works well in a team environment

  • A self-starter who takes on projects and finds the answers without needing to be pushed


  • Experience with information architecture

  • Photography and illustration skills

  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.)
