VisionPoint Marketing is looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. The Integrated Marketing Strategist will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, estimating, and execution of marketing strategies involving media planning, online advertising, web analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM consultation, marketing automation and lead nurturing. As the lead for the integrated marketing team, the Integrated Marketing Strategist will be responsible for mentoring and management of integrated marketing team members including digital marketing specialists and interns as well as supporting the sales and marketing team to drive incremental integrated marketing revenue for the company. The Integrated Marketing Strategist will work closely with other members of the Leadership Team and report to the President and CEO. 

What You Will Do

Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

  • Responsible for achieving the client’s strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve execution of strategies and plans
  • Develop, present and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies for all client and VisionPoint projects
  • Responsible for client contact, organizing information shared by and with the client and ensuring that agency processes are followed
  • Take ownership and accountability for improving VisionPoint processes within the integrated marketing area
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Sales/Marketing Department in the development of proposal language and estimates and in the creation of accurate and insightful inbound marketing content 
  • Serve a vital role in promoting the integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of all work to the client

Analytics & Data Insights

  • Consults with clients regarding KPIs and data capture and reporting
  • Designs and implements lead nurturing workflows
  • Maps engagement processes from content and marketing strategy as well as integration with CRM
  • Plans and manages the implementation of analytics and attribution systems
  • Responsible for marketing execution in both online and traditional channels as well as working with web analytics interfaces and CRMs to produce reports 
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights 

Media Planning

  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena - including but not limited to video, site optimization, lead generation, mobile, social media, content marketing - to meet/exceed objectives
  • Develops media plans and guides associates in the execution of media plan
  • Oversee or directly manage online, digital, and print media buying
  • Offer insights/ perspective for website and IA decisions as well as content development and publishing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 
  • Interfaces with Creative group for content marketing, SEO and ad development and implementation

Search Engine Optimization

  • Audits for adherence to search engine guidelines and best practices
  • Provide input for content development and publishing
  • To ensure that website projects are informed by up-to-date SEO and/ or lead generation best practices, implement tags and code associated with advertising and analytics products used on client websites

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills, interest and experience:

  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills as a critical, strategic thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with media planning, content marketing, SEM/SEO, PPC advertising, CRM, lead generation, and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
  • Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions
  • Professional demeanor, poise and appearance
  • Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Highest standard of quality and efficiency
  • Ability to effectively plan, anticipate and take appropriate action in a proactive manner
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and strong desire to learn and grow each and every day
  • Actively contribute to VisionPoint’s culture
